Distribute local and toll-free phone numbers that can be used to contact the on-call team member directly.
Record messages when your team is unavailable to answer an inbound phone call. Have those messages delivered to the on-call individual, and available via web, email, or MMS.
Set your team’s coverage targets (e.g. 8am - 6pm weekdays, 24x7, etc.). See at a glance whether you’ve hit those targets for a given week/month
